KMOB1003 Artist Journey

From signal to campaign

See what happens when KMOB1003 builds with you.

If I come to KMOB1003 with my music, my story and my goals — what actually happens next?

Campaign system preview

See how one artist’s signal becomes a coordinated campaign system.

Portrait. Motion. Merchandise. Media. Distribution. Outreach.

A campaign review board laying out one artist’s assembled material side by side — portrait, vertical video frames, merchandise and editorial pages read as a single coordinated system.
One artist. One campaign world. Multiple points of expression.

Stage01

You bring us the signal

The journey starts with what you already have — not with what you think you are supposed to have. One song and one photograph is a beginning. Everything else is context that makes the work sharper.

What we ask you to bring

  • A finished song, a demo or a master
  • Artist photography, in whatever state it exists
  • Your story — written, spoken or half-formed
  • A release date or project timeline
  • Your current audience, as it actually is
  • Existing social assets and handles

What we ask you to tell us

  • What you want this release to do
  • Who is already on your team, where applicable
  • Campaign assets you already own
  • The package level you have selected
  • What has been tried before, and what happened
  • What you are not willing to compromise

The raw beginning

Most artists arrive with more than they realise and less than they were told they needed. The intake is honest on purpose: we would rather see the real photograph than a polished one that does not represent you.

Nothing here is judged. It is read.

Stage02

Strategy comes before production

Before a single asset is made, KMOB1003 reads the artist. What follows is a set of decisions we commit to in writing, so every creative choice after this point can be traced back to a reason.

What we evaluate

  • Artist narrative and how it currently reads
  • Audience — existing, adjacent and reachable
  • Positioning against the room the artist is entering
  • The objective of this specific release
  • Strengths worth building the campaign on

What we look for honestly

  • Gaps in assets, story or presence
  • Visual identity, or the absence of one
  • Channel opportunities that actually fit
  • Realistic campaign priorities for the scope
  • What should be deferred to a later chapter
  • Positioning

    Who is this artist?

  • Campaign thesis

    What should people remember?

  • Audience

Who needs to see or hear this?

  • Visual direction

What world should surround the release?

  • Channel plan

    Where should the campaign live?

  • Timeline

What happens before, during and after release?

These six decisions are agreed with you before production begins. They are the brief the rest of the journey answers to.

Stage03

We build the world around the music

Each module below moves from what arrived, through the direction KMOB1003 sets, to what the campaign uses. Production tools are supporting infrastructure. The direction is the product.

Raw artist photo → campaign portrait

Direction by KMOB1003

Raw supplied portrait of the KMOB1003 demonstration artist in a studio, minimally styled.

What arrived

A usable image with no world around it. Good light, no point of view, nothing that tells a stranger who this person is.

Campaign application

A master visual identity designed to extend across editorial, press, social, advertising and other selected campaign formats.

Song idea → vertical video

Direction by KMOB1003

Raw vertical capture of the demonstration artist at the studio microphone.

What arrived

A finished record and no visual language for it. The song already knows what it is about; nothing on screen says so yet.

Campaign application

A short-form performance concept shaped around immediate visual hooks, movement, sound-off clarity and the vertical channels selected for the campaign.

Raw product or merchandise → commercial campaign asset

Direction by KMOB1003

Early merchandise concept: apparel and print pieces laid out for review.

What arrived

An object on a table. Real, but not yet part of the release.

Campaign application

A physical brand architecture extending the artist’s identity into capsule apparel, packaging, accessories and selected cultural expressions.

Raw interview → polished promotional video

Direction by KMOB1003

Basic seated interview capture of the demonstration artist on a simple set.

What arrived

Forty minutes of conversation containing perhaps ninety seconds that a stranger would stop for.

Campaign application

A media-ready artist presence refined for clearer positioning, stronger delivery, visual confidence and selected interview and press opportunities.

Production is supported by professional tooling — among them OpenArt, Rewarx, ElevenLabs, CapCut and Riverside. The tools do not decide anything. Direction, selection and judgement are KMOB1003's work, and they are what you are engaging.

Stage04

The idea becomes a campaign

Individual assets are not a campaign. This is the stage where they become one system, speaking with one voice, in every format the release will need. What is built varies with your package level and project fit.

Identity

  • Campaign visual system
  • Release artwork
  • Artist imagery
  • Campaign typography and visual language, where applicable

Story

  • Artist positioning
  • Editorial bio
  • Campaign narrative
  • Release angle
  • Messaging

Social

  • Vertical video
  • Short-form hooks
  • Campaign posts
  • Social storylines
  • Platform-specific creative

Media

  • Press materials
  • EPK elements, where included
  • Interview preparation
  • Media briefing materials
  • Outreach assets

Advertising

  • Ad creative
  • Campaign variants
  • Motion creative
  • Call-to-action treatments
  • Creative testing concepts, where included

One system, not five deliverables

Every item above is built to the same positioning, the same palette and the same thesis. That is the difference between a folder of files and a campaign: a stranger who sees three of these in three different places recognises the fourth.

Stage05

Then the campaign enters the network

KMOB1003 operates its own radio programming, social channels, editorial desk and original programming. Where an artist and a format genuinely fit, the campaign can be considered for these paths. Which paths are available depends on your package level, project fit, timing and KMOB1003 review — and every path below is a consideration, not a placement.

Radio and audio Consideration

  • KMOB1003 programming consideration
  • Appropriate radio exposure opportunities
  • Show or programming integration where permitted

Social media Where included

  • Campaign storytelling across appropriate KMOB1003 social channels
  • Short-form promotional distribution where included in scope

Editorial Subject to editorial fit

  • Editorial consideration where independently appropriate
  • Assessed by the editorial desk on its own merits

Monograph and original programming When selected

  • Possible interview or recorded conversation
  • Video or original programming opportunity when selected
  • Spoken word and creator platforms where the creator and format are genuinely appropriate

Artist Services does not guarantee radio rotation, editorial coverage, bookings, sponsorships, press outcomes, audience growth, sales or platform results. Programming and editorial decisions remain subject to KMOB1003 standards, timing, availability and fit. The editorial desk decides independently of the commercial relationship, and it is expected to say no. That independence is what makes a yes worth anything.

Stage06

The story doesn't stop with us

A campaign that only runs inside the house that built it is not a campaign. Outreach is worked as a visible, tracked sequence, and you see the status of every contact — including the ones who say no.

Step one

Target

  • Media
  • Radio
  • Curators
  • Promoters and venues
  • Festivals
  • Brands and collaborators
  • Relevant industry contacts

Step two

Outreach material

  • Campaign brief
  • Artist story
  • Media assets
  • Relevant links
  • Press materials
  • Pitch language

Step three

Follow-up

  • Contacted
  • Received
  • Responded
  • Follow-up required
  • Declined
  • Introduced
  • No response

Opened or received status is reported only where it is measurable.

Step four

Outcome

  • Introduction
  • Conversation
  • Consideration
  • Referral
  • Coverage
  • Booking opportunity
  • Collaboration discussion

KMOB1003 controls the quality and the volume of the outreach. It does not control the answer. Any agency that promises you the answer is selling you something it cannot deliver.

Stage07

Then we look at what actually moved

Reporting separates three things that are usually blurred together: what KMOB1003 did, what resulted, and what is now possible. Only documented and measurable items appear.

Action

What KMOB1003 did

  • Assets built and delivered
  • Channels the campaign ran on
  • Contacts approached
  • Documented radio activity
  • Programming appearances, where they occurred

Outcome

What resulted

  • Campaign views and reach
  • Engagement and clicks
  • Social response
  • Media pickups
  • Inquiries received
  • Audience movement

Opportunity

What happens next

  • Industry responses worth pursuing
  • Conversations still open
  • Next-stage opportunities
  • What the evidence says to do again
  • What the evidence says to stop

No figures are shown on this page. Campaign numbers belong to the campaign that produced them, and they are reported to the artist who paid for them.
